Plot Summary:
Alice in Borderland follows Ryohei Arisu, a listless and bored young man obsessed with video games. One day, while hanging out with his two best friends in Tokyo, they suddenly find themselves transported to an abandoned, alternate version of the city — a deadly and mysterious world known as "Borderland."
In this new world, survival comes at a deadly cost. To stay alive, players must participate in dangerous games, each categorized by a playing card suit and number — determining the type and difficulty of the game:
